Register book A smart combined register containing all the register and minutes sections needed to maintain the company's statutory records. Share Certificates A paperback book containing 25 certificates crisply printed in two colours with wording appropriate to the jurisdiction. Mail Forwarding Should your company receive mail at its registered address in connection with its business or trade we can arrange to forward it to you as it is received for a flat fee of £150 or $250 per annum plus disbursements (i.e. onward postage costs). In some jurisdictions where you may be based or wish to do business there is a need for copies of documents to be Apostilled. This means that an acceptable legal authority certifies the documents.
